Another year is gone

A new year is born

I've been waiting for too long

to sing to you this my song

It's about you and me

and it comes from deep within

That i'll love you better this year

So girl, have no fear

It's a promise from the heart

and nothing is going to tear us apart

LAST NIGHT ( 4th January, 2005) 2:07pm

Last night i had a chance

to hold a girl in my arms

Just to do a little dance

but it drifted into romance

She held me tight

I looked down into her eyes

and in her eyes were sparkles of light

This made me melt like ice

Last night i gave a girl my heart's only key

She smiled back and assured me

that in my arms is where she will always be

Jehovah calls us from guilt and shame

From temporary pleasures, money and fame

He calls us by our names

That we may dissociate from worldly claims

He lifts us from our sins

With a promise of crowns of Kings

He calls our hearts unto wisdom

That we may inherit His Kingdom

He calls the lost sheep back to the fold

and leads them back unto the street of gold

To salvation and eternal life,He has the only key

Darling, you were too hard to find
But now, thoughts of losing you fill my mind

It was mysterious how our love begun and
very starnge how it has to end

i wonder how my tears will dry
if this love of ours should die

We are but pilgrims here on earth
We start this journey at birth
Sometimes we stumble and fall
and when we are too weak to rise, we crawl
For there is a light upon the mountain
and Holy angels thereupon chanting
For a glorious day is coming soon
Illuminated with glory, there will be no need for sun or moon
And that day from Judah will come the Lion
Who will sit upon the throne to rule beautiful Zion
Then the Saints will come marching
with the rest of creation delightfully watching
they will all be before His Majesty
and He shall feed the hungry and water the thirsty
